At CLICKTOCART, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all transactions.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed for shipping by the vendor/merchant.
  2. Non-Cancellable Items:
    • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, etc.
    • However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
  3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt.
    • The request will be considered once the merchant has verified the issue.
  4. Product Not as Expected:
    • If the product received does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, you must report this to our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty:
    • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer any issues directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will be processed if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame and approved by CLICKTOCART.
    • Refunds are also applicable for damaged, defective, or quality-related issues reported within the stipulated time.
  2. Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Modes of Refund:
    • Refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the transaction.
    • If the payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account.
    • For payments made through other modes (e.g., wallets, UPI), the refund will be processed to the respective account or wallet.
  4. Refund for Non-Cancellable Items:
    • For non-cancellable items like perishable goods, a refund will only be processed if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory upon verification.
